The BID Fourm is run by Mark Ross who has been involved with BIDs since October 2004.
He was the BID Manager for Stockport BID and conducted an 18 month feasibility study into the merits of a BID for Stockport.
Mark has also just completed 18 months with BID Oldham and has successfully aided in getting a successful ballot for Oldham.
Oldham's ballot was in December 2006 and achieved a 78% return of positive votes and the BID will now go live on April 1st 2007.
Since 2004 Mark was a member of the NWDA BID Forum and has been responsible for two of the eight pilot BIDs running in the Northwest (Stockport and Oldham).
Mark runs a consultancy which helps organisation with their BID development.
