At least six weeks before the ballot you need to start hitting the phones and the street. At this stage you should have a list of people you hope will vote yes.
Get talking to them to make sure this is going to be a yes vote.

Check that they have received ballot papers and have returned them.

You may feel this is harrassing a voter but the ballot date will be looming and you need to make sure that yes votes are coming in.

Also work will need to start on the don't know element of your voters. This is a longer process and needs discussing in another post (I'll post ideas on this later). However don't imagine this is an easy process you will have to really stress to people how important their yes vote is.
